i haven't been to the actual coffee shop, i just bought a Flair 58 manual espresso maker from their online shop. Communication with Mitja, the owner, was really great. There was an issue with the order, and Mitja politely sorted it out to my full satisfaction and we had a nice exchange of emails. You can tell he's really dedicated to coffee, too, so I'd definitely love to visit his actual coffee shop in case I'll be in Slovenia. I really can recommend buying a Flair 58, too. After some getting used to it, it actually replaced the Lelit Mara X as our home espresso maker, which does save a lot of energy and time. I also get much better espresso from a manual lever machine than I get out of a pump-driven one. For milk foaming, I added a Nanofoamer Pro, but you could of course also get a Flair Wizard, which gives you steam and might actually be somewhat easier to clean after using.
