I ordered the beef ramen and the experience was extremely disappointing. The broth was bland, and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. For some reason, the ramen included gyoza, as well as pink fish-cake sticks, which make no sense in a beef ramen. The beef itself seemed to be simply boiled in the broth and was tough and chewy, lacking any real flavor. The mushrooms had an unpleasant texture unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Unfortunately, the dish did not meet expectations and was not worth the We ordered this via delivery, and when we discovered artificial pink fish-cake sticks floating in a beef broth, we were genuinely shocked and angry. There was absolutely no indication on the menu that this item would be included, and it makes no sense why anyone would ever want to eat artificial fish in a beef ramen. This completely broke our trust in the restaurant. A place called *Tao of Ramen* serving something like this is honestly unacceptable. We contacted them to request a refund due to receiving ingredients that were clearly not listed or expected, but they refused to return the money despite the mistake being entirely on their side.
