Very bad experience at the Fish & Chips stand next to Sweet Ice. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one portion of fries and 2 Cokes. After we paid, my husband noticed that the price was too high, so we checked the receipt. They charged us for an extra double burger (€9.50) that we never ordered and never received. I went back and told the girl about the extra burger. She said she would check the system, then came back and said I was right and gave me the €9.50 back. But of course the system showed the same thing as the receipt, so I don’t really understand what she needed to check. She also knew very well that we never ordered a double burger. We also checked the menu and saw that a cheeseburger costs €7.50 with fries included. We ordered only one portion of fries, but they charged us €7.50 for both burgers. Interestingly, after I complained, we suddenly got fries with both burgers. Maybe it was a mistake, but the whole situation felt very suspicious. I really wonder how many people pay without checking their receipt. Check your receipt before you leave! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
