An absolute highlight of our time in Croatia! We ate some excellent food in Dubrovnik and Split, but this restaurant was probably the highlight of our entire trip. Restoran Sv. Dominik offers a truly refined dining experience away from the busier tourist traps. The setting inside the old monastery courtyard is magical, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The food was a revelation.We had the tuna tartare and the handmade local pasta with truffles—both were outstandingly creative. Our server, Angela, was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food and wine of the area. She was also extremely professional and made our evening very enjoyable. It is a little higher priced than other spots nearby, but absolutely worth every euro for the quality and ambiance. Highly recommend making a reservation. I’m still dreaming about that tuna tartare!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+
