che dire... per 8 sere consecutive ci siamo presentati puntualmente( e a volte anche prima) per gustare una cena fantastica, fatta con prodotti del luogo e con abbinamenti fantastici. Personale cordiale e disponibile, un'esperienza da provare almeno una volta (tanto poi ci tornate). Un ringraziamento personale a tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza. Grazie

Good evening, I would have had absolute pleasure in writing, almost with my eyes closed I dare say, good things about this restaurant, unfortunately, however, this will not be the case. I write the words verbatim as, in short, I didn't even have the opportunity, despite the reservation made a week before, to sit at the table. A mix of inexperience, disorganization, incompetence and lack of respect, because what happened cannot simply be summarized in a simple mistake. Six days ago, in fact, organizing a trip to Umbria with my partner at the beginning of the year, we are Tuscans, we decided upon hearing about it, to stop in Assisi, not only for the well-known cultural and religious peculiarities, but also to try this sushi experience of meat, so we book a table for 2 for 8.30pm the following Wednesday (today) - reservation confirmed without problems -. Moral of the story we set off towards Assisi for our dinner (30 minutes by car), everything was beautiful, if only they hadn't, when booking, remembered to inform us that Wednesday is the closing day, finding everything completely shut down and closed. Regardless of the inconvenience I had, both due to the distance traveled specifically to dine in this restaurant, and because my partner has celiac disease and in Assisi the only open restaurants where she could dine were fully booked. As a lover of sushi, both meat and fish, I could only have left a good opinion, but sadly I will never even try to book here again. Something like this has never happened to me, competence and professionalism are part of the experience offered, in fact here the latter was truly disappointing and seasoned with a great lack of respect.
