We ordered sushi at 5:05 p.m. and received a confirmation via email. At 6:30 p.m. I still didn't get anything, so I called. They said the system had a problem but I could order over the phone. So I did and they wanted to deliver 45 minutes later. At 8 p.m. I still didn't have any sushi. I call again and it turns out they forgot the order again. Just disappointing. I then canceled the order. A restaurant that doesn't care about the customers will definitely not get any money from me. Just a shame. Edit: Today (the day after) I received an apology and a free small pack of sushi from Sushi Plus. I thought that was a very nice gesture. The sushi itself was okay. Not extremely good quality but certainly much better than what you get in Migros or Coop, for example. My rating is now increasing to 2 stars and if delivery works better in the future then maybe there will be a third one at some point.
