It’s Worth it to order again
who cares about the food when the service is ACTIVELY trying to turn you away.
Having placed an important delivery order, we were worried to see no one arrive, and WE had to phone up for info. I turned out our order had been cancelled by ANOTHER "client", and finding nothing strange with that, the staff just dispatched our food...
We were then told in no uncertain terms, our st-valentines meal ruined and our child in tears, that we should not take THAT tone of voice with them (the tone was one of fast reflection to try and salvage what these jokers had just ruined.
