It's a perfectly reasonable price in Switzerland, even a very reasonable price in a Japanese restaurant in Geneva. You think that you have been poorly served by asking to add hot water for free to your teapot, we refused and were well informed that you must recommend a new tea. No restaurant will add hot water for free for you. If you are not ready to consume then you should not go to a restaurant then. This type of customer is not welcome with us!
