Una delle mie più belle esperienze,trovato per caso ,sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Lucca.....i proprietari poi.....empatia , gentilezza e professionalità... consigliatissimo Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Una stella perché zero non si possono mettere, uscita da lavoro insieme ad una mia amica siamo passate da questo bar per prendere 2 pacchetti di patatine, ci siamo sedute ai tavoli fuori ed è venuto il proprietario a dirci che non potevamo sederci perché non avevamo preso nulla da bere, quando comunque noi abbiamo pagato e non c’era assolutamente nessuno in quel momento a parte 2 ragazzi, ha visto che ormai avevamo aperto i pacchetti e ci ha detto che ormai si poteva rimanere sedute ma che una cosa così non si poteva ripetere, il tutto non in maniera completamente educata

Luckily, dogs are allowed at the outside tables, only if they have a catheter, obviously. I was passing near the bar, and my dog peed on the road shortly after passing it. Furthermore, the land is public and not that of the aforementioned bar. Just as the road that passes in front of him is not. As usual I had the bottle of water with me to rinse on the floor, but before we even had time to take it out we were insulted (I repeat, male dogs pee when they go for a walk, and in any case we were not in front of the threshold of entry). In a blatantly unpolite manner he shouted at the boy inside to give him hot water because another dog had pissed there (you can tell they were all inspired today!). As we continued from behind we could hear a nice "but with 4 km of walls do we have to take the dogs along?" Dear owner (I assume you are one from the comments I have read that speak of a rude person), my dog comes around with me, wherever I go, even on the walls, as well as in finlungo and at the restaurant, where we always receive lots of compliments on how good and polite he is. We and our friends will certainly remember to carefully avoid your bar, and certainly given your love and profound experience for animals you won't worry about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The problem is owners like you, in fact it is not the dog's fault if he does his business around dirtying the areas of the city, home to all citizens regardless of the actual ownership of the property and/or the outdoor space... THE CITY BELONGS TO EVERYONE AND MUST BE RESPECTED BY EVERYONE!! Before walking in the city streets it would be better to take the dog to an area where he can do his business safely. And in any case there is no need to be a victim because none of us attacked her verbally, in fact it was she who calmly sent the boy to hell. Having said that, don't worry, there are no worries about not having you among our customers.More
