Any of my last occasions to visit this establishment I have ordered at the digital service station. As soon as the staff started to prepare my food, they told me that they had been running out, of the bread choice of mine. Pending on the fact that I had prepaid at the digital service desk via card transaction, I have been told: refund would not be possible. I was forced to choose some other option. Ok, can happen. Should not happen 3 times in a row. I was able to pick a dessert option during my interaction with the silent service employee. So I did. No notification that the product of my choice is already discontinued. Staff told me, the restaurant owner already know about the issue, that there are certain options discontinued but he/she (the boss) chooses to do nothing about it. Until the 19th of July I was still slightly tolerant about these issues. But today it was enough. A restaurant, so inconsiderate managed and badly organized does deserve to be highlighted about that insufficient customer service. The staff did their best, but with such a management it might be tough. Last time to be seen in this establishment. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

we have been coming to this Subway for 9 years now and we were happy with our order every time. today the experience was quite different. I have never had a sandwich as empty and as dry as today. plus the server this afternoon was super slow and also hardly spoke German or English. it was very difficult to make myself understood. I also don't like having to order on the machine. I don't see what or how much they put in my sandwich that way. and I ended up with a sandwich that I could really press with my fingers and flatten it. it was dry and the bread felt over toasted. I paid CHF 25 for something that would have been worth 10 at most. the correct experience at a subway is to have a full sandwich that basically falls apart at the seams because it's so full. I didn't get that today. way overpriced for what I got. oh yeah and the music was way too loud. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
