That would be totally narrow-minded or bold of you! By the way, we are always focused on our customers' well-being and that is what we strive for. However, we can and may also emphasize clearly if something is obviously not clear to you and you should insist on your (un)right. This has nothing to do with being unpleasant, dear Lyan. Sorry!
