Good burger but very expensive. Not really a good value considering you have to pay so much extra for fries. Also they charge extra for ketchup which is CRAZY at a hamburger place. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €20–25

We use high-quality local ingredients, which can sometimes reflect in the price, and our menu follows local operating costs - if those change, we’ll adjust too. From the very first interaction, the service set a negative tone. The waiter was dismissive and made us feel unreasonable for asking for a burger without sauce and fries without the “submarine sauce” (which we weren’t familiar with). Despite this, the fries still arrived with the sauce. When we pointed it out, the waiter brushed it off with, “Well, I did tell them,” before leaving the incorrect dish on the table. Although the fries were eventually replaced, they came back as plain fries with two slices of cheese on top — poorly presented and underwhelming. No apology was offered. To make matters worse, we noticed the same waiter pointing at us and speaking about us to a colleague more than once, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Finally, the glass of wine I ordered was noticeably small, adding to the overall disappointment. Unfortunately, the combination of rude service, poor presentation, and lack of care made this an unsatisfactory experience. We’re sorry for the confusion with the cheese-style fries. They are normally served with sauce and melted cheese, but they should have been presented correctly the first time. We apologize for this mistake and for any disappointment it caused.
