Pranzo domenicale piacevole e rilassato. Piatti di ottima qualità in un contesto autentico (a dispetto dell’alto numero di turisti stranieri). Cortese il personale, e rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale per Ostuni. La carne del brasato era morbidissima e il primitivo proposto al calice era davvero un buon vino. Tornerei senza esitare! We had a truly wonderful experience at Suavis Brace e Cucina last night. The setting is comfortable and welcoming, with impressive displays of aging meats and the selections prepared for the day—an immediate signal of the quality and care behind the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions and pairings. Thank you especially for the Chardonnay—an unusual and much-appreciated expression—and the red wine, which was a perfect complement to the food. Everything was exceptional in quality and presentation. The attached pictures - apologies esp for tartar and bean purée - we dove in before taking the pictures :) The house breads were outstanding. For appetizers, we had the meatballs, beef tartare, and fava beans—each one excellent. A highlight was the local chicory, similar to spinach but with a much deeper, richer flavor. Creative pairing choices for tartar were much appreciated. The mains were equally great: local sausages, several kinds of ravioli, and beautifully prepared meats with cheese, including a memorable pork and cheese dish. Everything we ordered was amazing. For dessert, we finished with the warm chocolate cake and fig ice cream, served alongside wonderful preserves—a perfect way to round out a perfect dinner. Huge thanks to the entire team.
