We were seating outside for 15 minutes, waiting for waiter to come for us to order a drink.. I have even waved at him. He saw me and came out to take someone's glass away and then just swiftly went past and right back inside. It wasn't even busy, he just didn't bother to serve us at that point and we stood up and left the bar.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
