Today I was here for the first time - together with three friends. Fondue Chinoise, you would think, would be the same everywhere. Far from it, here we were served sauces that were simply perfect for my palate, the taste of the ingredients was very natural and authentically subtle. Rounded off by great service, with a lot of charm and a good pinch of humor. The dessert recommendation was a vegan chocolate tart. Didn't sound like I liked it, but with the pistachios it sounded exciting enough to try. Complemented by the sour flavors of the orange wedges provided and the overall great presentation, it was a real treat for the palate. Thank you for the lovely and cozy evening.
