We expected a wait, and we don’t mind lines. We were upset to have to sit with our hungry small children for over an hour watching four separate families arrive after us, receive their food, finish entire meals, and leave while our order never appeared. Each time we inquired, we were told “ten more minutes.” My husband eventually had to stand directly in front of the counter to get any acknowledgment, only to be met with visible annoyance, as though our asking for the food we had already paid for was an imposition. At no point did anyone apologize, offer an explanation, or attempt to make it right. No offer to refund, no gesture of goodwill, not even basic honesty. When the food finally arrived (partially, and missing items), it was unremarkable at best. After such treatment, even a good meal would have left a sour taste. Whether this was incompetence, deliberate neglect, or something worse, I can’t say. What I can say with certainty is that this restaurant handled the situation with a stunning lack of professionalism. We left hungry for courtesy and respect more than anything else. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. Edited to add - We never received two orders of onion rings, but they refunded us 10 CHF from the till when I asked for our money back after posting this review. So there is that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
