A giudicare dai commenti dei visitatori il personale è piuttosto professionale in questo ristorante. È sempre un piacere passare un po' di tempo mangiando qui, grazie al simpatico servizio. Numerosi visitatori affermano che i prezzi sono medi. L'esotica atmosfera potrebbe indurti a stare qui più a lungo di quanto pianificato inizialmente. Ma Sträme Küsnacht su Google è stato valutato sotto la media.

Sorry but this new restaurant is a fail for anyone who is using the self service. The lines are huge and slow, because the register to order food is the same as for ice cream and everything else. When I asked if they can open the second register (which they have) for ice cream purchases, they said "no, we have no cash", as if that's some sort of excuse when 90% pay with cards. The whole summer we've been here the staff has generally been apathetic and rude. The options in terms of beer and drinks etc in the fridges is abysmal. They're obviously pushing you to go order at the bar for a premium. The food is generally good but seriously overpriced. 6 nuggets and fries for 17 CHF?! Even for Switzerland that's an absolute joke! The real restaurant is crazy expensive but since we are in Küsnacht no one cares... Either sort your restaurant out or bring back the old one, they were friendly, well priced, had lots of food and drink options and knew how to handle a crowd. This one has no clue on any of it.
