Very poor service in this particular branch of Starbucks. They mixed up the order and even argued with us about it. The staff that works at this branch are quite nervous, unfriendly and rushed and therefore make errors. Maybe they need some retraining on customer relations. Please calm down! Next time I am at Zurich Airport.... Which is often... I will go to another place and stay away from that one as if it had a plague!
