Apprezzerai il suo cibo, specialmente i curatissimi filetto americano, salmone in salsa teriyaki e minestra. La principale caratteristica del ristorante Spices Kitchen & Terrace è che serve gustosi budino di mango, dessert al mango e parfait. Sarebbe interessante provare gli ottimi sauvignon o champagne. Se ami tè, ordinalo in questo ristorante, è fantastico qui.

L'attento personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto meraviglioso. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dello spettacolare servizio. I prezzi modici sono una caratteristica che bisognerebbe sottolineare di questo locale. Qui, l'arredamento simpatico e la fichissima atmosfera fanno sentire gli ospiti rilassati. Questo posto è una selezione Michelin e ha le 2 forchette nere: gli ispettori affermano pertanto che questo ristorante sappia offrire un comfort ottimo.

Family dinner to celebrate the daughter's birthday at the Spices Kitchen & Terrace restaurant in Bürgenstock in Canton Nidwalden. Upon our arrival in front of the resort the parking attendants make us wait about ten minutes for our turn, then they take the car and kindly issue the ticket. I would like to point out that if you eat at one of the resort's restaurants, parking is free. We then enter the resort and ask the reception where the restaurant was located and they kindly show us the route. Once at the restaurant we leave our jackets in the cloakroom and before sitting at our table we visit the external panoramic terrace from where you can admire Lake 4 Cantons, take some photos and then return to the restaurant. We are accompanied to the table and they bring us the menu card and obviously the wine list. Let's order: Appetizers: - Swiss Lachs (Lostallo salmon tartare) with caviar - Salmon sashimi - Nawabi chicken Tikka (tandoori oven grilled chicken marinated with Indian spices) - Hosomaki avocado - Chicken Satay (chicken skewers marinated in coconut and flavored with spices, with peanut sauce) Second: - Khao Phad Spices (fried rice with vegetables, fried eggs and chicken) - Keang Kiew Warn (green curry with chicken) - Kaeng Phed Ped Yang (red curry with BBQ duck) - Pla Ka Pong Ning Se-Ew (steamed sea bass with ginger, pear and soy sauce) All accompanied by a good bottle of rosé wine. For desserts this time we were full, but next time we will try them. All dishes were delicious, cooked to perfection and not overly spicy. The presentation was perfect and the service really high level, the waiters were always very kind, we only had to wait a little towards the end to get the bill. We thought we would spend a lot given the prices, but in the end for the restaurant and the quality of the products the price was average, the place is splendid, from the table near the window you could admire the lake and on the other side a huge open kitchen where you could admire the chefs and their culinary skills. In the end, we really had a lovely evening and our daughter's birthday was wonderful. Even the final surprise with a nice chocolate-based dessert and lots of streamers, offered by the restaurant, thank you very much for this pleasant thought. We pay and return to the parking area, where they kindly ask us if we wanted a bottle of water and once the car arrives we get a bottle each, this is truly good service and something that will definitely encourage the customer to return. So to enjoy other good dishes one day we will return. Thank you so much Spices for giving my daughter a wonderful evening, see you soon. Vegetarian options: Various vegetarian dishes are available.
