Il successo del ristorante Lenkerhof | Relais & Châteaux sarebbe impossibile senza il cortese personale. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del veloce servizio. I prezzi di questo locale meritano di essere considerati perché sono equi. Qui, l'arredamento simpatico e la confortevole atmosfera fanno sentire gli ospiti rilassati. Per quanto riguarda i miei gusti personali questo è senz'altro l'hotel più bello di tutto quanto il mondo!!! Stile rustico montano con sprazzi di modernità valorizzano gli ambienti comuni, preferisco non mettere molte foto perché la scoperta fa parte del fascino di questo luogo. Il panorama e le strutture esterne all'albergo completano il tutto nella più alta classe esistente. Colazione di pregio e molto varia. Camera spaziose, con salottino e scrittoio, bagno ampio con doccia molto spaziosa. Macchina da caffè NESPRESSO con cialde in camera!!! Parlando con il direttore, persona garbata e socievole, ho saputo che a disposizione c'è anche un cottage isolato in montagna per cene romantiche, da provare!!!

Fantastica e serena esperienza in questo rilassante ed elegante hotel 5 stelle s. La camera luminosa, pulita e spaziosa; arredata con gusto; con un balcone con vista su tutta la vallata e la cornice di monti innevati. Cocktail di benvenuto. Colazione strepitosa! Piatti gourmet in raffinati ristoranti. Bravo chef greco in "Oh de vie". Staff preparato e molto attento ad ogni esigenza. Wifi gratuito. Musica dal vivo. Autisti plurilingue ( ottimo inglese!), efficienti, simpatici, corretti e puntuali. Bravi Daniele, Gustavo, Federica ed Alice... Accoglienza e gestione di grande livello. Ottimo lavoro dei manager.

Not worth the price. If you catch a good deal, go for it. 5 star on paper, not by heart. Not being listened to. If you ask for a kettle, you get the answer, they are all in use, even if you need it for your baby food. When checking in all guests around us got welcome drinks, we did not - don‘t know why. If you ask to get a table close to the kids club, you get one far away from it. If you ask why, you get the answer that you should book it early, „guests have to earn it“ - was the word, literally! It‘s functional, not more and not less. Ah and if you forgot your water diapers, they sell them for CHF 6.00 a piece!!!! . Worst thing, it is our second time here as we thought we wanted to give it another chance, but exact same experience. Book it if you get super cheap rates and lower your expectations. The classic pension next door might be 10x better maybe, idk did not try anything else. And while they market themselves as kid friendly, it is not really. They try, but it is half baked. What they call babyphone service, is just an open phone line to the reception. What they call kids club, is a room in the basement of one restaurant (the one we wanted to have a table next to). For us it sounds like they just try to grab the family segment from a marketing perspective - but the actual service operation is missing. One thing to mention on the positive side! Food is absolutely delicious and worth the price!!! Service: 1
