A literal hole in the wall but don't let that description stop you. Being walled away from the streets, the wall plant decor, the music all tie together for a beautiful and relaxing environment. A very good way to start the morning if you need to destress. Me and my cousin got the cream soup of the day and the pork gnocchi. The soup was simple but really was a soul food as it hits that spot in you when you're a little home sick. It was incredibly tasty. The focaccia that came with it was...alright but it seemed to be a sourdough and that sour taste didn't really pair well with the soup. We asked the bistro if we could split the soup and they gave us two bowls. We thought there was a mix up in translation but no, it turns out they had indeed split the soup. I can't imagine how big to original soup would have been but for 5 euros, its an incredible steal. The pork gnocchi was a bit of a disappointment. The pork had a sour taste to it and with the precious focaccia, did not make the eating experience pleasant. This is probabky just a personal preference but I wish the gnocchi was a bit more dense. It was too light and a bit mushy. Overall a cozy bistro but the dishes can can be hit or miss.
