However, upon the return of the first board, we noticed extensive damage that appeared to be a result of careless riding rather than an accident. In an effort to ensure you had the best experience possible, we provided a replacement board at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the second board also incurred significant damage that seemed to be caused by negligence, and we had to address the issue accordingly. We want to emphasize that our equipment is meticulously maintained to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers.While we take responsibility for any inconvenience you experienced, we kindly ask that our clients treat the rented equipment with the same care they would their own.
