A Culinary Masterpiece - The Most Creative and Delicious Sushi Experience! I cannot recommend this sushi restaurant highly enough—it is truly in a league of its own! From the moment the platter arrived, I was absolutely blown away. This isn't just a meal; it's an edible work of art. The variety and quality are outstanding. The fresh salmon sashimi was exquisite, and the assortment of classic and specialty rolls offered a fantastic range of flavors and textures. What sets this place apart is the creativity and dramatic presentation. We had rolls that looked too beautiful to eat, featuring stunning garnishes like edible flowers, gold leaf, and vibrant toppings. The roll served with the sparklers was an incredible, memorable touch for a celebration—pure spectacle! I also especially loved the crispy, tempura-style fried rolls drizzled with sauce (visible in the first photo) for a perfect textural contrast. The ingredients, especially the fresh fish and rich sauces, were top-tier. If you are looking for an exceptional dining experience—not just great sushi, but a memorable event with show-stopping presentation—this is the place to go. Delicious!! Finally real sushi in ZuriOberland! We loved everything, and the sushi with frishkäse is genial! And easy to eat with kids, the sondor roll with salmon flambiert. Viva Gigi Zancheta. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 90–100
