Pizzeria Soča 202 in Tolmin deserves the lowest possible rating. The food is bad, the prices are average, but everything else is pure disappointment. Soft drinks are poured from cheap 1.5L plastic bottles, the terrace is overcrowded with tables, and waiters barely squeeze through while brushing right past the guests – you’re literally eating while someone walks behind you just a few centimeters away. The atmosphere is rushed and unpleasantly pushy. As soon as you put down your cutlery, they rush to clear the table as if they want you to leave immediately. Worst of all, they don’t issue receipts unless you explicitly ask for them. They happily take your money, but you really have to insist on getting a receipt. Even tap water is charged, which says a lot about their attitude toward guests. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My rating is 1, and if I could, I would give minus 100. We are sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations, but we cannot agree with your statements. Our pizzas are made only with the finest ingredients: Caputo flour, Mutti tomatoes, and mozzarella from one of the most renowned dairies in Friuli Venezia Giulia. For this reason, many guests and loyal customers have considered us among the best pizzerias in the area for years. As for drinks – juices are served from a professional dispensing system, and beer is always poured into chilled glasses. Our staff clears tables promptly for reasons of hygiene and guest comfort, not to rush anyone out. Regarding the table arrangement, this was clearly visible the moment you entered the restaurant, so if that was an issue, you could have simply chosen not to sit down. We have welcomed thousands of satisfied guests and hold a majority of very positive reviews. Your comment does not reflect the true quality of our work but rather your personal dissatisfaction. Reviews like this are an exception and will not stop us from continuing to serve the best pizzas to the vast majority of our happy guests.
