Sono andata per pranzo a provare i loro panini con mia figlia. Abbiamo preso due Italian Royal con patatine. Tutto buonissimo, si vede la qualità dei prodotti che usano. Il locale era pienissimo e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare due posti fino a che si è avvicinata una ragazza riccia con gli occhiali per aiutarci. Nel giro di pochissimi minuti ci ha fatto accomodare. Finito di mangiare sono andata a ringraziarla e a complimentarmi con lei perché, soprattutto di domenica, non è scontato trovare persone sorridenti, gentili e disponibili come lei. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente Ho speso 26€ per due panini, una porzione di patatine e una Coca-Cola, cifra che non sarebbe un problema se la qualità fosse stata all'altezza. Il panino, purtroppo, mi ha deluso: troppo morbido, si sfaldava facilmente, rendendo difficile mangiarlo. Le patatine, invece, erano ottime, croccanti e saporite. La Coca-Cola free refill a 4€ è stata la nota più negativa: sembrava semplicemente acqua e zucchero, senza il gusto autentico della bevanda. One star because you can't get less than that. I read negative reviews of people complaining about the prices being too high and the sandwiches being almost non-existent. What if I told you that by spending €30 for two sandwiches I didn't even see them with binoculars? I'll tell you my experience: On 11.05.2024 at approximately 10pm I ordered two take-away sandwiches from this place. While they are waiting to receive the order, the false ceiling of the shopping center collapses, creating panic in the main square. The order is given to evacuate the building due to the incident and therefore I am unable to withdraw the order due to force majeure. In the confusion I bring with me the receipt for the payment made by credit card via automatic checkout and the disc with the number that notifies me when the order is ready, promising to bring it back to the place as soon as possible. A week or so later I return to Smashie to return the disc explaining to the staff what had happened that evening when I failed to collect the order. An employee at the restaurant replied that, not knowing what to do, he should have called the manager first. After several minutes he tells me that the order had been delivered that evening and since I did not collect it it was lost and cannot be recovered in any way. Obviously, as already explained, I never collected the order due to force majeure and to demonstrate this, in addition to the receipt, I also had the collection disk with me which never rang. In this regard, it would have been correct for me to have been served my already paid order, instead I was only given the possibility of placing a new order (paying for it again) in which they would have offered drinks. I remain embittered and disappointed by this behavior, terrible experience, I will never go back again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
