My experience with this restaurant was truly disappointing. I ordered two burgers with clear instructions, yet both arrived incorrectly prepared. The buns were burnt, the ingredients didn’t match what I requested, and the overall quality was very poor. When I contacted the restaurant, the response was completely unprofessional: they only replaced one burger even though both were wrong, and they even claimed that I could just remove the wrong ingredients and “then it would be fine.” This is unacceptable when you pay for a product that should be correct from the start. In the end, I had to pay for the restaurant’s mistake in both time and money. I will definitely not be ordering from here again, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
