At the entrance we were told that it is not possible to access the bar for those who do not work in the tower. Consequently it is useless to go there and it is useless to invite people to go there.

It has a really wonderful view of Ljubljana. It is a great alternative to Nebotičnik if you want to avoid tourists and high prices. A bit less intuitive on how to get there. You have to go into TR3 Building (if you are standing in front of the parliament it is the skyscraper on the right side and there is TR3 written above the entrance) and then to the left through metal detectors (which don't work normally) and then left once more with an elevator to the floor. There is a sign in the elevator for which floor to choose. Coffee was average. It could be much improved. That staff was okay. My only real complaint are the opening hours. It would be nice if it stayed open longer, especially during the warmer months of they year.
