The food was not cooked well. Everything was bland and the flavors were not there at all. Three of my friends ordered rare steak and it was raw with absolute zero frying surface (it was gray, not brown). Has the chef heard about the maillard reaction? I ordered the pork shank and it tasted absolutely nothing, it was the recommendation of the waiter. If that is what the waiter recommends, I wonder what he eats at home. The service was ok until we told them the food was bad. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
