Un’esperienza gastronomica davvero speciale. Ogni piatto era curato nei dettagli, sia nella presentazione che nei sapori. La qualità degli ingredienti era evidente, e il servizio è stato impeccabile: attento e discreto. Il menu offre opzioni interessanti per tutti i gusti, con un tocco creativo che rende ogni portata unica. È un posto dove tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza di alta qualità in un’atmosfera elegante ed accogliente. For the town of Ispica this must be their best catering outlet and we were on our own, so we enjoyed the full attention of the man fronting this restaurant and the chef. Everything is made on site and we started off with a complimentary rice ball of ragu’. We shared an amazing Parmeggiana and a plate of beef carpaccio. My risotto “sottobosco etneo” with pork was very tasty as was the sugo nero risotto. And the pork medallions were not only well presented, but quite tasty too. The home made desserts were also very nice. Unfortunately not much else was going on on a Carnival Tuesday night, but Ispica is also a very small town. Pricey but good. Unfortunately it is not our fault if you were alone because you arrived at the moment when everyone was at the carnival party, in fact we took advantage of the opportunity to pamper you and make you feel at home..
