A small, intimate restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Although the restaurant is quite busy, the staff genuinely do their best to take care of every guest. The menu is well-curated and focused, every dish is made with fresh high-quality ingredients. The Volcano Roll truly lives up to its name—the spicy kick bursts through in the middle of the bite, enhancing its unique and delicious flavors. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50

I visited Simply Sushi in December 2025. The service personally provided by the owner Freddi was very friendly, courteous and competent, and the food was excellent. As he lived 4 years as a cook in Tokyo, Freddi is a true expert in authentic sushi cuisine. I highly recommend this place and would certainly return when in the Interlaken area.
