Il posto migliore dove mangiare a Caldaro. Menu che cambia giornalmente, con prodotti freschissimi e del territorio. Lo chef Alan stupisce per gli abbinamenti e la proposta gastronomica d’eccellenza, ricercatissima. Cristian al banco e in sala offre un servizio impeccabile ed è molto simpatico. Bravi! Discovered years ago in a magazine specifically limited to South Tyrol. Probably a work of passion, which unfortunately could not prevail and as a result its publication was stopped - a shame! Siegi's Bistros, on the other hand, continues to enjoy great popularity. Now praised in many travel guides, the somewhat remote location from a tourist perspective is no longer an obstacle. In general, those who don't manage to get to Oberplanitzing from Kalten via the Garnellenweg are missing out - ideally on foot. The view is magnificent and what more could a person want than to be richly rewarded after their (limited) exertions. Once you arrive here, this is possible. However, the number of places is limited and this is a good thing. Individual service paired with a cuisine that has its roots in South Tyrol, but skillfully does not ignore international influences. This is how new creations are created and this certainly leads to one or two positive surprises in the menu. Although the street is certainly not very busy, we still have to mention that the outdoor seating is directly adjacent to it.
