Proposal: I suggest that you place an additional canopy on the ground floor between the garage and the entrance to the Sonček tourist agency. And also on the ground floor between the garage and the entrance to Telekom. (For protection from the rain for customers/visitors of the city park.) When it rains, it is impossible to get from the ground floor of the garage to the entrance to the city park at the entrance to the Sonček tourist agency without getting wet. On the left, there is an overpass on the first floor, under which you could go and stay dry during the rain, but there are strollers and bicycles under it and you cannot go there. A similar problem, in case of rain, it is also on the ground floor at the second entrance, which is next to Telekom. There is also no canopy under which you can come and go dry in and out of the city park. Unfortunately, rain is quite a common natural phenomenon. An easy solution to this rain problem is two new canopies on the way between the garage building and the entrances to the city park on the ground floor. I will be happy if you will consider my idea in City Park and implement it.

I had an unpleasant experience at this shopping mall due to a very rude security guard. I entered the mall carrying my dog, unaware of any rules against pets as there was no signage indicating such a policy. The security approached me, displaying a lack of English language skills, and gestured rudely towards my dog, indicating that we needed to leave. This behavior was unacceptable, both on the part of the security staff and the mall's policy. In 2023, it is quite backward to prohibit pets in malls, as most countries allow them except in dining areas. This incident reflects poorly on the mall's customer service and pet policies.
