Il personale è molto carinissimo: è questo che rende locale così simpatico. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del simpatico servizio. Ma Shell non è particolarmente stimato dagli utenti di Google che gli hanno assegnato un rating sotto la media.

The service has been very unprofessional and unfriendly for a long time. Quality of workers probably suffers from austerity measures.
