Came to buy gas here for the first time and had a great experience. The lady was super friendly and took the time to explain everything and guide me very nicely. Really appreciated the warm service.

Dear Team Shell in Brunnenstrasse Uster . I want to thank you for the amazing empathy gentleness through your respectable and kind act . You have all my gratitude for finding and giving back my son’ mobile phone. It was not only your duty as you said it is much more important gesture. For me for my son who could not afford to buy another phone you made us very happy. Definitely people like you make this world a better place. Many many thanks to Mr Huan and all the team . Miss Nada Lanz and James Lanz
