The gas station is ok, but my experience there in the shop today Sunday April 6 was very disappointing and usually I love mio (migrolino) shops: I got a coffee (latte) and complained about the cup only a quarter full. One of the female employees re-did my latte and it was a half-full cup this time well, I said, just put the milk of the first one that came out on top and it’s perfect! She said no that’s not possible, she’ll take that away. She came up with weird reasons to not give me the extra milk and foam I was craving to actually have a full cup of latte like the beautiful picture on the coffee machine selection!! What an absolutely horrific customer service decision! The pure fact of having two rip-off coffee machines with misleading labeling of the coffee sizes was bad enough, but to not give me the the two inches of extra milk that came out the first time is just irrational, low behavior and a waste. Does not fit the 100 year old social, sustainable and economical visions that the Migros company has!
