Usual gas station with mini shop, friendly staff until around 10 p.m. on weekdays.

This Shell station is usually OK. But following a misunderstanding, and an error in the pump number, the evening employee (man) was unable to manage the case and correct the collection calmly. The unacceptable attitude of the cashier as well as his aggressiveness in public towards the customer who made the error in no way reflects the image of Shell stations. This employee's "customer service" skills clearly leave something to be desired!
