The location is gorgeous, but the steep prices keep us from going there. (6.- for sparkling water) The service doesn't match the beauty of the environment. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We are very happy to read that you enjoyed the natural beauty of the surroundings and the atmosphere of the beach club. While prices reflect location, quality and cooking, we would like to inform you that mineral water is paid but tap water is served for free on request.

Such a nice atmosphere and a responsive staff, love it! The dogs are welcome if you pay attention to them ; THANK YOU ! Be careful the food/drinks are quite expansive I will definitely come back Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It has the potential to be a very cool place to enjoy the lakefront. But unfortunately the staff is very disorganized. It takes forever for someone to notice that we are seated and want to order something. The service is generally poor. Another thing that annoyed me a lot is the rule that they cannot sell bottles of drinks to go, resulting in a 3dl beer being served in a plastic cup for CHF 8. Not a nice experience. Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 10–20 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We apologize for the waiting times. However regarding your second complaint, we cannot sell glass for takeout orders. What would happen if, by mistake, a glass bottle breaks on the beach or the park? People, including small children, could be injured. Therefore most beach bars in Ticino don't allow glass to go.
