I went with friends to Senese lab. The quality is unquestionable, but there are many items that absolutely need to be improved. First of all the service. Approximate and very slow due to lack of staff. We waited an hour for 6 pizzas ordered all together, 2 of which arrived when the other 4 had already been digested... (I would like to point out that the place was half empty). Very uncomfortable seats at the table. The automatic entrance door opens continuously as pedestrians pass on the pavement: it doesn't take a science to calibrate it differently to avoid this nuisance The only waiter apologized several times for the interminable wait... professionalism would have suggested offering a bitter... Still high prices Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of Pizzeria Senese as well as an avid consumer of theirs, however, even if reluctantly, I must say that this Lab disappointed me a little. The environment is nice and pleasant and the quality of the products is unquestionable. But there are aspects that didn't convince me. First of all the service. If you want to take the orders without writing them down, you must be reasonably sure of remembering them, even more so if there are not 100 seats as in this case, because otherwise it happens, as happened, that you have to go back 3 times to ask for a repeat and that however in the end an order never arrived. Another thing... the wallet pizza, as I ate it in Naples, is a smaller pizza than usual which still allows it to be folded "like a wallet". If, however, the dimensions do not allow it, it would be more correct to call it a mignon daisy... The prices are correct. Service a little dry. I repeat, the food is excellent and it is certainly worth a stop, but I think we need to adjust the aim a bit. Service: Dine in Price per person: €1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
