Very friendly and helpful staff and the prices are very reasonable and fair for this modern cable car (only 10 CHF one way with half fare travel card) - unlike at other cable car providers in Switzerland.

Awful experience with the person (man in his sixties) working at the station in Weissenstein. Completely unfriendly and ironic towards tourists. Such people should not be working at tourism. I am sorry to say that he deserves to be reported for his behavior.
