The segneshutte is amazing! We stayed there for 5 nights over new year and it was an absolutely fabulous with amazing service! Jakub was an amazing chef who provided us with great food every evening but he was an even better host who was friendly and accommodating!! What a genuinely lovely man!! He made the stay 100X better!! Service: 5

Made the order after scanning their QR code on the table. Money gone, no meal! Came to the counter, they, imagine, do not believe we made an order or payment, the payment confirmation on my phone is for them not a proof. Maybe staff is not responsible but they software is top buggy and they do not care. The views are great here and the meals look good too from the side, had no chance to try. Do no scan any QR codes! Service: 1
