Yes, our Camping Seefeld Park Sarnen is a community facility and therefore the only sanitary facilities that are open during the winter and mid-season are also open to the public. During the season, more sanitary facilities are available exclusively for camping guests. We are aware that winter camping is very trendy. That is why we are planning a big reconstruction of the sanitary building on the camping for next winter. We would have had a kettle at the reception for guests to borrow. Thanks to your feedback, we will put the kettle back in the kitchen of the Camping Lounge. We apologize that the refrigerator was not clean. We are happy for constructive feedback that we can constantly improve. However, you could have shared this feedback with us personally at the reception upon departure.
