As a member of the new owner family, I am personally sorry that we were unable to convince you. I can understand that a lot has changed since the takeover and that you seem to dislike this. But I can assure you that these changes only serve to lead this bakery, which is very close to our hearts, into a more sustainable future. The branch in Lindenpark that you are referring to here is a good example of our commitment to the continued existence of the bakery. On this path, COVID and the acute shortage of skilled workers have presented us with challenges in recent years. Getting through this time was only possible thanks to our loyal customers and committed employees. Unfortunately, we did not have any specific complaints at the headquarters and it is unclear to us why you had to express your criticism on the profiles of three branches at the same time.
