Gasthaus Schupfen @ Switzerland ļø Switzerland Gasthaus Schupfen is a charming riverside restaurant offering hearty Swiss and European dishes in a warm, rustic setting. The dining room has a cozy, traditional atmosphere, while the outdoor seating provides lovely views of the surrounding natureāperfect for a relaxed meal by the water. We visited on a weekday at 1 pm as a walk-in. The food was tasty and well-prepared, but it takes time to cook, so the service feels slow. That said, the outcome was worth both the price and the wait. Since we were on vacation, self-driving, and not in a rush, it turned into a relaxing and enjoyable lunch experience. Tip: If the weatherās nice, opt for a table outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife, baby, dog and I wanted to have a drink outside on the lounge after a long walk. Even though the waitress and the waiter saw us right from the beginning, they ignored us for more than 10 minutes. Mind you, there were very few guests at the time. What a shameā¦
