My husband and I took a cooking class with Marco and we LOVED it! Marco is so much fun, he’s very knowledgeable and funny and he made the whole thing perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, too. He offered us the most beautiful Swiss white wine and homemade sourdough bread. Although my husband had to leave after the class, Marco took me on a local hike: we went up a local funicular railway and then hiked down the hill, and he taught me all about the variety of local plants and berries and trees, because those are a special interest of mine. We visited some newborn calves in a barn, too. Marco was amazing to chat with; he is from the local town and he had so much knowledge. I absolutely loved the day with Marco and I’m hoping to take another class with him when we come back to Switzerland. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I had a fantastic time with Chef Marco during his Swiss cooking class experience. The food, the conversation, and the instruction were world class. Schnauserei was definitely a highlight of our trip! Highly recommended! Hope to be back! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
