Dopo aver visto la Chiesa di San Silvestro, vieni in questo ristorante. Porta la tua famiglia con te per godervi i curatissimi pasta cacio e pepe, spaghetti alla carbonara e pasta. Gli alti punteggi del ristorante Sapori Romani sarebbero impossibili senza lo sveglio personale. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dell'encomiabile servizio. Come sostengono molti visitatori, l'atmosfera è silenziosa. Gli utenti di Google che visitano questo locale affermano che il punteggio più corretto è di 4.5.

Excellent food, we ordered the fried courgette flowers, carbonara, cacio e pepe, Roman tripe, saltimbocca and some side dishes. All really good. Tasty dishes but not too salty as has often happened to me in other Roman restaurants outside of Rome. My favorite dish is tripe! The positive thing is that despite having tasted many dishes, at the end of dinner we were pleasantly light. Compliments. I was disappointed because I didn't find Roman cuisine. Sufficient supplì and courgette flowers, the saltimbocca was a tough scallop and the Roman artichokes were Marche style. The carbonara that my friend had was good, but it is now a dish present in all menus, the dry sweets were breakfast biscuits, the tart was good. The service was on a positive note, kind, thoughtful and fast. The place is elegant and well distributed, perhaps a little bare. I hope it was a bad evening because the idea is captivating. Going for dinner in a new place for a birthday is always a risk, but instead it was a pleasant discovery and I then realized that the desserts were offered to us and it's not a given! Thank you We will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
