Looks like we got the same room as Lola Lang. basement room that had a very strong mold/mildew smell. We couldn’t stay there. Customer service was adamant that it didn’t smell at all but the bellboy agreed with us. Ended up going back to positano for the night so it all worked out in the end. It’s a nice property and lobby and would probably be a nice place to stay so long as you don’t get the basement room.

We arrived around 9:00 PM to Ravello. By the time we went out to find a place for dinner, everywhere was closed. A nice person at the front desk of a hotel made a call for us and told us that the Palazzo Confalone can accommodate us if we went there by 10:00 PM. It was the most memorable meal of our Italy trip! The food was fantastic, not over priced, and the staff was so nice and friendly. The Palazzo is gorgeous! In comparison, the other Michelin star restaurant in Ravello was too formal, pricey and the food was not as good. If you have an opportunity to visit and dine at Palazzo Confalone, you will be very glad that you did. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite!! My sister and I visited Ravello, one of our favorite places while in Italy. We purchased multiple items and the woman was so pleasant. We had the many items shipped to the US. We would love to purchase some of her limoncello, but unfortunately cannot find an email address. Highly recommend!!!
