Thank you for the review, just wonderful, beautiful. We have carefully read everything you have described: you have captured the whole sense of our hospitality and the pleasure of ‘living’ Palazzo Confalone, an ancient residence. Thank you from all of us and see you soon.

Dear Ms Parastoo, we are very sorry that you did not appreciate at all that we were immediately available at 1.30 a.m. to change your room and give you maximum assistance. We certainly immediately solved the problem you were complaining about. What's more, we had to note, the next morning, an inappropriate use of the bathroom in the room you were occupying. In fact, we point out that the same room you left that night was regularly sold and occupied by another guest, without any complaints. We do not understand and regret that you, before leaving refused to inform us of your departure time and refused to formalise your check-out. Our question was aimed at a better organisation for you : in fact, in order to make the departure of our guests smooth and fast in the morning, and to say goodbye and thank you to our guests, we would like to formalise the check-out the evening before departure. We regret that you have not understood this and that you have not grasped our sense of hospitality. To your refusal, despite ourselves, our disappointment was obvious. We do not wish to add anything further.
