Negato il bagno a 2 bambini piccoli di 3 e 5 anni. Se trattano i clienti con questo rispetto e amore..... complimenti

Bel bar ma turistico, la brioche da 2,5 euro al banco, furi mercato, me l’hanno riscaldata e ho apprezzato ma non era eccezionale. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I visited Sant'Antonino Banco a Ristoro hoping to enjoy a pleasant moment together, with coffee and ice cream. Unfortunately, the experience was marked by a series of service mismatches, starting right at the beginning of our visit. The first incident occurred when my 3-year-old son, naturally attracted to the gelato display, put his hands on the glass that protected the desserts. We understand the concern about hygiene and accept the attendant's initial reprimand. We asked our son not to repeat the gesture, but, despite our intervention, the service from that point onwards seemed to be negatively influenced by this episode. The attendants received us with bad will, evidenced by unpleasant looks and a hostile attitude. Later, after an accident in which I spilled water on the table, I tried to resolve the situation on my own, using the establishment's bathroom to get paper (Edited - as there is bad character on the part of those who responded and I do not have the opportunity to respond to the answer, I make it clear that I didn't even use the bathroom, much less stopped flushing the toilet. But the dishonesty in the response demonstrates exactly why I would recommend never visiting this place. The food was good, but the nature of it was something surreal and something I had never experienced before, even though I had visited. lots and lots of places.), as no help with cleaning was offered. I was disproportionately reprimanded for this action, because it was not for the customers' use, even after explaining the reason and apologizing. To make matters worse, at the end of our visit, we were unfairly accused of having disappeared with a cup of coffee, which added even more frustration to our experience. We recognize the importance of maintaining order. However, we expected more understanding and professional treatment, in addition to being accused of theft that the attendant himself removed earlier.cWe hope that this feedback is seen as an opportunity by Sant'Antonino Banco a Ristoro to review and improve customer service training , ensuring that future visitors are received in a more welcoming and positive manner. Unfortunately, when you violate the indications and access bans, in Italy you are called back, sorry if you don't pay attention to a sign indicating the prohibition to go to the lower floor, go down and go to the staff bathroom where near the door there is another indication that says private, does his business without even flushing the toilet, will I have the right and duty to point this out to him?
