Japanese cuisine is so underrated and unappreciated. Most of the time you eat sushi, sashimi or ramen in Switzerland. But there is place in Geneva where anyone can taste the real complexity and diversity of Japanese cuisine: The best kakeruga in town AKA a gastronomic izakaya or gastro pub. I have been there 3 times in the last 6 month and every time it was a new discovery. Perfect service as in Japan. Reservation is mandatory.
