I'm not a picky girl. But this restaurant brought a lot of negativity. Let's start with the fact that we came to the all you can eat action. At first, we waited for the waiter for about 20 minutes. After that, we were given a menu, there were very few food items, probably about 20. Drinks, prices, photos were also not on the menu. We waited for the waiter for another 20 minutes, and we called the manager of the restaurant, he finally accepted our order. In general, we waited for over an hour, and during this time they did not even bring us drinks and sauce. We asked the waiters where is our water? not to mention the order ... there were three of us, in the end they brought water only to two, and they forgot about us for another 20 minutes. Finally, after more than an hour of waiting, they brought ONE DISH. And again they forgot about us, I looked at the other tables, all the visitors were very angry, everyone was waiting for an order. The staff were not doing their job. An hour and a half later, they brought us the long-awaited sushi, BUT, no one brought sauce to them. We asked for the sauce, and they brought it to us in bags ... not in special dishes, when we opened everything we got dirty, of course there were no napkins on the table either. Then the most interesting thing was, the waiter came up to us and said that he had lost our order ... SORRY, BUT WE WAIT FOR TWO HOURS, DURING THIS TIME, WE HAVE BEEN BROKEN THREE-FOUR DISHES, WHY IT WAS NOT TO GO EARLIER AND SAY ABOUT IT! We made an order again, after about 15 minutes they began to bring dishes, their kitchen had already closed, and of course, if we weren’t full, we could not order again. my opinion is not an all you can eat action, this is called wait two hours, ask for water and sauce, and eat what they bring you ... in the end, they did not bring us all the dishes that we ordered, but after 2.5 hours the patience ran out. We decided to leave, but it didn't end there. When paying, we got a beer and another water, and the check came out 10 euros more expensive ... when we didn't order it. Thank you for returning the money !!! And so we spent 2.5 hours of our day on our nerves, tasteless sushi and bad staff. The photos on the site are not true. (sorry for my English, I'm a guest from Russia, Italy is beautiful! )
