We love this place. Great food nothing too much hassle. Even organising a traditional boat and fisherman to take my husband out to fish. Great beds. Highly recommend them to all

my favorite yakininu dining places in bali. the owner is my sister's client for takabashi ramen's restaurant design, so i knew this place from her. she mentioned it was worth my money to dine at sama-sama, especially tasting the yakiniku and their fresh good quality meats and the meat's extra spices are remarkable! the place has a nostalgic japanese old vibe with three types of seating. two types of indoor seating (japanese style seating and common dining seating) and outdoor seating. i loved the japanese style seating but you will need more than three or four people to sit there because it holds for group customers (big table). the first thing i noticed was their staffs were fully knowledgeable and i didnt have to shout or tell them that hard japanese words they understood exactly what our orders were. so very good training! we tasted the yakiniku (almost all of them) but there is one particular meat that caught our mouth: the one with lots of onions... it's really good!! they had prepared the meat with their original seasoning which maybe combination from many flavors i cannot identify... i must say that sama-sama succeeded my expectation of what good yakiniku is. it becomes my family favorite restaurant in bali. the rest of the menu is good but not as outstanding as their yakiniku section.

AWESOME I love this concept. After almost 30years in international showbiz it was the first time in a long period that I really got touched by a "new" type of show-concept. It`s interactive, you have to be open to participate. Amazing breathtaking video-light-sound installations without loosing the direct and social contact to the artist and your "new" neighbor. It`s a show, It`s a musical interactive Themepark, It`s a bar for people that just like to watch :) Maybe you should sell cheaper tickets for visitors on the balcony to help the people to understand what is going on here ? Wherever the next Step of Sama Sama will appear,... I will be there :)
